a mini kit for the ladies featuring Rita who is celebrating her birthday with a nice bottle of wine the caption being....Hot flashes, mood swings, insomnia & night sweats...did you really just ask me to put down my wine?

the wine bottle label doubles as a tag and has the words happy birthday on also a blank version for the greeting of your choice
Kit contains main topper, decoupage elements, insert plate and mini gift card with envelope

A great fun design
I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and added a bead embellishment to the bow to finish
