Retro Birthday Girl Completed by Joyce Perkins

I printed the sheets out on matte photo paper. Cut out all the pieces I was going to use. Inked the edges. Mounted the topper base on a self-made card using double stick tape. Layered Up the decoupage with foam sticky pads.

Added a sentiment to the front along with one of the butterflies. I attach the butterflies body only so that the wings would be lifted. Use double stick tape to add the insert. Very nice card.
