I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out the elements. I used a cream 8x8 card blank and first matted using pale pink cardstock. I then added the main topper using dst. I then decoupaged all of the elements using glue gel.

I then added some gorgeous jewel decals that I had in my stash, some pearl gems and a frosted dazzler.

I also used some more of the pink cardstock to make a co-ordinating tag and again decoupaged some of the elements using glue gel.

I finished off the tag by adding some co-ordinating gems. Gorgeous!
