RAINBOW LAYER CAKE MINI-KIT: 5-Pages, With 5 Pyramage/Decoupage Layers, 2 Backgrounds, 2 Inserts & 12 Tags Completed by Marion Kimberley-Scott - The Crafty Piper

Printed and cut out design pieces. A piece of the 'cake' background was cut just slightly smaller than the front of card base, mounted onto black card with DST, trimmed to leave a narrow border and secured to front of white card base with DST.

Main design topper was mounted onto black card with DST, trimmed to leave a narrow border and secured centrally to front of card with DST.

Pyramage layers (I cut into these instead of having straight edges) and chosen sentiment were added using foam pads. Card was completed by securing matching insert with DST.

For the second card I mounted two pieces of the patterned background paper (to cover the base and upright of an easel card) onto black card with DST, trimmed to leave a narrow border and secured to white base card with DST.

The topper from the main design was mounted onto black card with DST, trimmed to leave a narrow border and secured centrally to front of easel card with foam pads.

Half of the matching gift tag was secured with foam pads to act as a 'stopper' and a sentiment added.

A lovely colourful design set, suitable for all ages. Yummy!
