I printed on matte card, I cut out the white center from one of the pictures and used this as the first layer of decoupage.

I used foam squares to add to a matching base card with a cut out top.

I used gold glitter on the edges of picture, circle and sentiments. I remade and printed on matte card and added to a matching base card, added decoupage with foam squares then glitter paint to give highlights and printed a matching insert and envelope to finish.
