Pretty special birthday wishes mini kit
a mini kit for the ladies would work well for all but especially those like me who have a shih tzu, has both decoupage and pyramid elements, this version is in purple and has two beautiful shih tzu puppies framed, has a tag at the top of the frame that says ....You must be pretty special. then at the bottom of the topper the words If it were anyone else's Birthday I wouldn't give two Shih Tzu! Happy Birthday, a nice fun topper sure to raise a smile.
