This is a 7.5 x 7.5 inch topper with decoupage, insert, gift tag and sentiments of a astrological Pices star sign which is a girl swimming with the fishes which can be used as a birthday card for a girls birthday, female birthday or birthday for someone with the pices star sign

Pisces 6x6 Card... I printed onto Matt photo paper, hand-cut the elements and used 3D foam pads to give dimension (further decoupage will be added when I receive more thinner 3D foam pad supplies).
Cardstock is from my personal stash and de-bossed with a few gems for the finishing touch.
