Printed onto glossy photo paper 210gsm. Cut out topper, decoupage and sentiments. Placed topper onto 8 x 8 scalloped card with double sided tape and added decoupage and my choice of sentiments with foam pads for 3D effect.
A great design to work with, i still might put some gemstones on it when i have time.
