A beautiful design
I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements
I added the Topper to the card base with double sided tape and mounted the layer's with foam pads and finished with my choice of sentiment

I made this as a 6x6" card. I printed on to 160gsm. I cut out most of the layers. I stuck the insert inside with wet glue and the base layer to the front with wet glue. I attached the other layers with foam pads.
