This beautiful card was made using A4 card, I made the backing paper from main picture.

I cut the main picture out and stuck the backing paper and main picture on with double sided tape, cut all other pieces out and layered them with silicone glue, used sentiment and saying and stuck them on with foam pads then inserted a verse.
