This card finishes out at 8 1/4 x 3 7/8 inches. So it basically is a DL sized card. Includes a backing sheet, decoupage, and matching envelope.

The sentiments are "Happy Birthday Little Mermaid" and "Sea Life's Beauty, Be You!" however if you don't want to use those you don't have to because the card is blank so you can use your own to make this any occasion you desire.

Also there are other versions of this card so if you also purchase those they are colored match so you can use a sentiment from one of those.
