I printed on to matte photo paper slightly reduced and mounted the topper on to a white pearl 7x7 card.
Layered all elements. Added sequin blossoms and gems to embellish. A greeting can be added when required.
A gorgeous design, lots of dimension and detail, and will suit a variety of occasions.

With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a cream square card, I then made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads.
