He’s trying to say Happy Birthday. But you can have him say something you would like more if you wish. I may add a little more bling to make him happy we’ll see.
So I’m using a good quality white cover paper lately and it seems to be working and less expensive too than photo paper.
So I printed out the pattern pieces and cut them out. I used a periwinkle blue and lavender combination for the background first 2 layers that were attached to a 8 inch square CUP blank and envelope also from CUP.
Then attached mr smiley in layers with his chest pushed out as he is a proud doggie. Ready to say happy birthday or other expressions of ❤️ for any occasion really. He’s so darn cute don’t you think? Oh he also comes with gorgeous insert which I used. Have fun.
