Printed on matte photo paper. I used d s tape to attach the topper to my card. I edged the frame surrounding the girl and pugs with silver glitter then added to the topper with Pinflair gluealso using that for the rest of the decoupage.

To finish I added peel-off borders and adhesive gems to the flower centres. A great design for those who love adorable pugs.
