Little PainterCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I printed this super cute design out onto matte photo paper and attached the base image, and the insert panel with a greeting, to a 6x6 scalloped edge card using double sided tape .
I layered the elements with 2mm foam and used stickles glitter glue to embellish my card.
Love this design!
