I printed the sheetsslightly smaller onto 200gsm matt photo paper and cut out the parts . I attached the base image to ascalloped 8x8 card with DST.I decoupaged with foam pads and tape.I made a frame with a narrow blue border.

I added a smiley sun sticker and black gems for hub caps and used yellow stickles and glossy accents on the headlight.

I finished with silver card candi in the corners. and added the matching insert panel, cup525179_750. A lovely nurse themed design,with no complicated cutting out. I havent used all the decoupage,but there is a great 3D effect. The finished card looks very colourful and eyecatching.
