A beautiful image
I printed the image on matte photo paper at half size and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and added a few pearl embellishments to finish

I printed the sheets onto matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and mounted the main image onto an 8x8" scalloped edge card with the fold at the top .
I added the layers using sticky pads and completed the card with the Happy Birthday caption and some Stickles glitter glue
