I printed onto glossy photo paper then cut out all the elements,I added the base design to a blank card and mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads,having added acetate behind the front and a crystal bead dropping from the pelmet,both give a lovely effect sadly not really captured in my photo,A beautiful design sure to be well received.
