Lady in a Blue HatCompleted by Marion MacKellar

I printed this design on glossy photopaper and cut out the main image and decoupage. I used dst to attach the main image to an 8 x 8 card blank and silicone glue to layer the decoupage.

I added Happy Birthday to the blank sentiment, attached it to the card with silicone glue and added a silver bow.

To finish I added white pearls and blue gems to the flowers and a small silver pearl to the brooch.
