I printed onto matte photo card then folded the card base in half. I added the insert using DST then the decoupage using 2mm foam pads.

I printed the sheets onto heavy weight card paper. Then I printed insert on to the back side of the main image. I cut out all elements from the second page. Using double side adhesive tape I attached the decoupages to the card.
