I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares.
This funky design has lots of bright colours and is sure to appeal to people of all ages.
