I cut all the elements for this card from 200gsm white gloss card. I mounted the main design onto a pre folded white card blank and added the decoupage layers using sticky foam pads.
The image really jumps of the card and it is a fabulous design.
Several sentiments and age toppers are included to make this a fun card for those 'significant' birthdays'.
I printed the sheets onto matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and mounted the main image onto a 13.5cm. sq. card.
I added the layers using sticky pads and completed this one with the 'Happy Mother's Day' caption.
Other options could be Happy Birthday, Very Special Friend / Sister / Mum / Daughter / Nanna / Aunt / Niece.

I printed decoupage sheets, then cut all elements out with craft knife, then stuck all the elements down with sticky pads
I printed this hiker topper onto glossy photo paper, and cut out the elements attached with silicone glue, and inserted the matching insert.
