This lovely mini kit makes an 8x8 square topper with decoupage, three greetings, a blank greetings tile, two gift tag toppers and a matching insert.
It features a matching hat and pair of shoes and is embellished with fabulous blue roses and butterflies.

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. Added gems to finish. A beautiful, feminine design.

I printed and cut out the images. I mounted onto a layer of white then blue card then onto my card base using DST. I then added the decoupage with foam pads.
