I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.I matted and layered the main image onto blue card then mounted it on to white stock card. I added the decoupage and senitments using foam pads..
and to finish the card I added ribbon..wow!!! this is a beautiful design kit with so many elements to use.
