I printed off the kit onto linen card and cut out all the elements. I then created a single fold back card and attached the insert to the inside. I then layered up the elements using foam tape and added to the front of the card .

Finally finished off with a *good luck in your new home* sentiment but this could be changed for one of the many others in the kit.
