Printed onto matte photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper, insert and elements. Using a 7 x 7 scalloped card I secured the topper and insert with DST. Then placed the decoupage and the special friend cartouche with foam pads.
Added gemstones around the inner edge and also placed a silver border around the outside edge. A few more gemstones in the middle of the flowers and on the little girl and butterflies. A beautiful card with cuteness appeal.
