I printed onto glossy photo card. I scored & folded the flap section then fastened front to back using strong DST. I attached the inner & outer panels using DST. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I printed the envelope onto 120gsm decoupage paper.

I scored & folded then secured with DST.
