A beautiful design
I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out
I added the Topper to the card base with double sided tape and mounted the layer's with foam pads and finished with my choice of sentiment

Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8x8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads. There is a matching insert which I placed inside the card to finish.
