Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

There is a matching insert included in this kit which I placed inside to finish the card. There are various sentiments, so I chose what I wanted and added these to the front of the card and placed the remaining inside the cello bag so that my customer has a choice.
