Printed this gorgeous image onto 210 gsm white cardstock, then cut out the elements which I then mounted using 3mm foam pads. I used Wink of Stella to enhance the roses and Nuvo Crystal Drops on the inner frame and also the tag. I then mounted the finished topper onto an 8" x 8" white card base.

I really enjoyed making this card and can't wait to send it to my friend in the States who adores Fairies.
