A beautiful design.
Downloaded and printed onto Matt photo paper, I printed an extra sheet of the topper cut out the fan and used it to decoupage, added pink crystal embellishments to the dots on the fan.
Glitter added to the flowers butterflies and sentiment.
Printed main design onto 130gsm matte inkjet paper and mounted base picture onto pink card stock. Attached 3D elements with foam pads and used a border sticker around the edge. Added some faux gems and some sparkle mist.
