Elegant Birthday 2Completed by Peggy Stogdill

Reduced the size and printed the insert on matte photo paper and the topper sheets on semi-gloss photo paper. Covered a 6" sq. card with gingham paper, also the inside right panel, then attached the topper (backed with coordinating paper) and insert with dst.

Attached the little tag to the center of the card back. Added the decoupage with silicone gel, also the sentiment which I backed with the same paper as the topper. Finished with three gems and dots of pink Liquid Pearl on the fan.
