This is a 7.5 x 7.5 inch topper with decoupage, insert, gift tag and sentiments of a mother brushing her little girls hair which can be used as a birthday card, mothers day or other female occasions

I printed the design on to a Glossy photo paper. I clipped the items out. I glued the Insert on to the Back of the card to make it in to a card. I attached the Decoupage, and I Punched out smaller Hearts and Sentiment on using Sticky pads.
A quick and easy Stunning and Cute Design that I Recommend to all of you! It turned in to a Gorgeous and Adorable card that I really LOVE and will give to my best friend!
