I printed the sheets on lightweight matt card and cut out. Attached the topper on to an 8" card blank with DST and added the decoupage and a sentiment with foam pads.
Finished off by adding the insert with DST, made two gift tags by attaching the mini toppers to pink card with strip glue and finally added liquid pearls to the main cupcake.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and the insert onto 160gsm paper and cut these out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.
I attached the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape. This gorgeous card also comes with two matching gift tags.
