I printed this image onto Crafty Bob's Matte photo paper and placed it onto an 8 x 8 scalloped card with PVA glue.
I trimmed it slightly so to show off the scallop. I added the decoupage with foam pads and silicone glue.
To finish I added some sparkle to the glass and ribbon and some glossy accents on the cherries and the eyes.
Very pretty image with equally pretty insert and several different sentiments.l
Printed on matt photo paper and attached to white scalloped card. Added sentiment and pretty insert.
Finished by adding Sparkly 18 to balloon. A pretty card for any female celebration.
