Cupcake Candle on Top 8x8 Mini Kit & DecoupageCompleted by Davina Rundle
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I printed both sheets on to matte photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to a 13.5cms card. Layered all elements. Added strawberry trim, glitter and a greeting. A very cute design to suit all ages.
