Cottage Garden with Roses Mini KitCompleted by Linda Short

Printed on matte photo paper and attached to scalloped card. Trimmed around inner plaque and built up image with foam pads. Added my selected sentiment and beautiful insert. Finished with a touch of glitter on white area of plaque. Absolutely gorgeous.
