Very easy and quick to make. Print and cut out all pieces. fold the main element in half to form the card. 3D the frame to the front using foam pads.
Add the decoupage pieces using foam pads and choose a sentiment.
Make the envelope following the fold lines and glue together using wet glue or narrow double sided tape. Very pretty card.
