I didnt use the entire design when making this card. I chose an 8x8 inch blank card cut the base front and left out part of the background. I selected a complimenting cardstock and used dst to attach to my card, same for the base of the design.

Foam tape was used to attach the decoupage. I used blue gliiter and pink glitter glue on the flowers to make them pop out and a couple of blue crystal embelichments.
