Blue spring flowerCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Friend
I printed out sheets onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a scalloped edge white square card and added decoupage with foam pads and insert with a dry glue stick, then finished with blue dotted card candy to corners, blue bow to spine and buttercup liquid pearls to flower centres.
A beautiful design.
