Printed on photo paper and cut out pieces. Put on Lt. green background. Added deco layers with foam pads. This is a beautiful design by Frances Dent cup515188_825
I printed the design on to a Glossy Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I glued the main design on to a 8 by 8 Scalloped card. I attached the Decoupage/3D and Sentiment I had that was perfect for this card so I used it.
