Birthday Girl 3Completed by Jennie Settle

Printed onto glossy photo paper 210gsm. Cut out topper, insert, sentiments and decoupage. Placed topper and insert onto an 8 x 8 scalloped card with double sided tape. Added decoupage and sentiment of my choice with foam pads for 3D effect.

Finished off by putting on a row of gemstones around the birthday girl and a few on the sentiment.
