Birthday Celebration #3 Mini Kit 5x7 (3) Plus BonusCompleted by Margarette Blakeborough
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Sister
I printed on matte card, printing the picture twice more and used these to give some decoupage layers of the girl and balloons using foam squares.
I gave some highlights with glitter paint and Glossy Accents on the glasses before printing an insert and envelope to match on 100gsm paper to complete.
