Beautiful Polka Dot Blue Dress Book Style TopperCompleted by Alyssuzi Creative Cards by Suzi Cooper

Printed onto glossy photo card. I die cut borders & flourishes from light blue card. I attached the borders behind the design before mounting onto white card. I added the flourishes below the bookmark which I attached with 1mm foam pads.

I curved the decoupage pieces then attached using silicone glue. I added turquoise gems to each corner & finished with a small handbag topper from stash.
