I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and the insert onto 160gsm paper and cut these out. I scored and folded an A5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.
I attached the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
I printed on to paper at a slightly reduced size. Mounted the topper on to a 5x7 card and trimmed the opening edge with a scallop blade. Layered all elements. Added a bow with a greeting, and glittered the candle flame. Just beautiful...... and will suit a variety of occasions.
