Balloons & Bubbly Prosecco Celebration - Birthday, Christmas, New Year or GeneralCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality 280gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a card landscape and attached it to the back of the design using double sided tape.

This gives the impression that the card is standing on its own.

I attached the design to the front of the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage and layers using thin foam tape. I added the greetings using thin foam tape.
