Balloons and Cake

I printed out the sheets onto matt card and matted both onto silver holographic card and used DST to mount the base image onto the 8x8 base card.

I used foam tape to mount the 2nd layer and embellished with elements from different projects, a gem and stickles glitter glue to add some sparkle.
