This is a lovely card and very simple to make up, I printed and cut out all of the relevant pieces, then assembled them as shown in the instructions.

I chose two sentiment tags and attached them to the bag handle with cream organza ribbon. I attached the decoupage pieces then added some small gems to the leaf and a large gem for the button.
