For a 6x6 card in blue and silver and cute as a button. The kit includes the topper, background, elements and tags for dimension and a matching insert. Say something special to someone you love.

Used a 7" white square card to create the decoupage. Attached a 1.5cm ribbon along the fold. Added extra 3D squares under the girl to create a raised effect. Glued 6mm navy blue and turquoise iridescent pearls in opposite corners.
Attached the matching inserts inside with d/s tape.
