A4 Lady of Fashion Decoupage Mini KitCompleted by Gail Pennycuick

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I matted it onto a white base card and used black and gold peel-off stickers to form a border around the image.

To finish I added some faux gems here and there and my chosen sentiment. This beautiful vintage design could be used for all sorts of occasions.
